6 ONe on ONe Sessions-$119

Before joining the main class, we ask that you complete 6 sessions where you will learn all the fundamental movements we perform. With each session you will learn how to move and execute all movements and lifts properly and safely. After the lesson, you will be put through a workout that is designed to prepare you for the intensity that the main class will bring.
